Luxury Studio, Nude Shoots: Couple Rakes in ₹22 Crore from Porn Empire—Here’s How It Unraveled

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): In Noida, a major illegal operation involving adult content was uncovered during a raid by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The couple residing in a house equipped with a luxurious studio is accused of making millions by producing and selling pornographic videos and webcam shows to foreign adult websites. During the raid, models were found performing in the house, and ₹8 lakh in cash was seized.
The couple had established a company named Subdigi Ventures Private Limited, which was involved in the adult video industry. They had partnered with Technious Limited, a Cyprus-based company running adult websites such as Xhamster and Stripchat. The couple produced adult content in Noida, which was then sent to these websites, earning significant amounts in return. Large sums of money were continuously deposited into Subdigi's accounts from abroad. The company falsely claimed involvement in legitimate businesses like advertising and market research. After suspecting violations of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), the ED launched an investigation that revealed the full extent of the operation.
The ED found that ₹15.66 crore had been transferred into Subdigi and its directors' accounts from overseas. Additionally, an account in the Netherlands was found to have received ₹7 crore, which was later withdrawn in cash via international debit cards in India. In total, over ₹22 crore in earnings have been traced.
To lure young women aspiring for careers in modeling, the couple used social media platforms, offering high earnings through advertisements. However, these women were ultimately pushed into the porn industry. Models received 25% of the profits from the adult videos. During the raid, the ED discovered models performing shows, and their statements have been recorded.
This case highlights the exploitation of vulnerable women under the guise of modeling opportunities, revealing the dark side of an illegal business empire that used social media as a tool for recruitment and profit.
