NIA Files Chargesheet Against Two Associates of Arsh Dalla

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu)-The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against two key associates of Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dalla in a terror-gangster syndicate case. The chargesheet filed before the NIA Special Court, Patiala House Court on Thursday has been filed against absconding Neeraj Pandit alias Neeraj Faridpuria and Anil Singh in case RC-22/2023/NIA/DLI, a spokesperson of the investigating agency said on Friday.

According to the NIA investigation, Arsh Dalla, a member of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF), was funding the terror-gangster syndicate in India of which these two men were a part. The investigation revealed that both the accused were in constant touch with various members of the Dalla and Bambiha gangs. These people actively participated in the conspiracy to murder Jasvir Dighot in Palwal. Anil was arrested on September 5 last year while Neeraj is still absconding. The NIA is continuing its efforts to dismantle the terror-gangster syndicate active in various parts of the country
