Marital Fraud Unveiled: Man With Three Kids Marries Again, Sparks Outrage
Banka (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking incident has come to light from Kiranpur village of Shambhuganj police station area of Banka district of Bihar. Here a man married a girl by claiming himself to be unmarried. The matter came to light when the girl came to know that her husband was already married and was the father of three children. After the revelation of this deception, the victim girl has appealed for justice in the police station.
This incident is from Kiranpur village, where a man named Rajesh Kumar has been accused of cheating a girl named Rimjhim Kumari. Rimjhim Kumari, who is a resident of Kathara village in Sultanganj police station area of Bhagalpur district, has lodged a written complaint at Shambhuganj police station.
In her complaint, Rimjhim said that Rajesh Kumar had declared himself as a bachelor at the time of marriage. However, the truth is that Rajesh was married seven years ago to Mamta Kumari of Ratanpur village in Munger district according to Hindu customs. Rajesh also has two sons and a daughter from her. According to Rimjhim, Rajesh hid this fact and trapped her in a love trap and married her. Both were living outside the house for the last two years.
When Rimjhim came to know about Rajesh's first marriage and children, she refused to live with Rajesh and approached the Shambhuganj police station for justice. On Saturday, Rimjhim reached the police station with her mother and informed the police about the entire incident.
At the same time, accused Rajesh Kumar has called these allegations baseless. He says that Rimjhim herself wants to leave him and that is why she is making false allegations against him.
Shambhuganj police station has started investigating the case after receiving the complaint. The SHO said that efforts are being made to find out the truth by interrogating the villagers. The police have appealed to both the parties to maintain peace. At present, this matter is under police investigation and further action will depend on the results of the investigation.
