Major Security Operation in Sukma: 20 Naxalites Killed in Fierce Encounter

Chhattisgarh (The Uttam Hindu): An encounter broke out between security forces and Naxalites in the Gogunda hills of Sukma district. In this, the soldiers have killed 15 to 20 Naxalites and two soldiers have also been injured. However, this is yet to be confirmed.

According to the information, this encounter is going on in Upampalli on the hill of Gogunda. It is being told that a large number of Naxalites are present here, who have been surrounded by the soldiers. The search of DRG and CRPF soldiers is going on. So far, 15 to 20 Naxalites have been reported killed in the encounter. However, information about how many bodies of Maoists have been recovered so far has not been revealed.
