Kejriwal’s Daughter Ties the Knot, CM Mann Joins the Dance Floor

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Harshita Kejriwal, daughter of Aam Aadmi Party's national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, tied the knot on Friday. She took seven rounds with Sambhav Jain in Delhi. This wedding ceremony was held in a simple manner. The wedding ceremony of Harshita and Sambhav Jain was held at Kapurthala House in Delhi, where they took seven rounds with traditional customs.
Earlier, Mehndi and other pre-wedding rituals were organized at Shangri-La Hotel in Delhi on April 17. Only a limited number of people attended these events, in which Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia were prominently present. After the wedding, now the reception program will be organized on April 20.
Harshita Kejriwal and Sambhav Jain studied together at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Both of them have also started a startup together a few months ago.
Arvind Kejriwal and his wife Sunita Kejriwal also danced during the mehndi and other rituals held at Shangri-La Hotel before the wedding. Videos of these programs are going viral on social media platforms, in which Chief Minister Kejriwal can be seen dancing with his wife and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann can be seen dancing with his wife.
Harshita Kejriwal did her schooling from Delhi Public School (DPS) in Noida. In 2014, she secured 3322nd rank in the IIT-JEE Advanced exam and studied Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. While studying at IIT, she stood third in her department. After completing her studies, Harshita worked as an associate consultant in a company in Gurugram. Currently, she is the co-founder of Basil Health.
