In Muzaffarnagar, Wife Allegedly Serves Poisonous Coffee to Husband; Police File Case and Begin Investigation
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): In Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, the wife made her husband drink poisonous coffee. The man has been admitted to the hospital in a critical condition, where his treatment is going on. The family of the man has filed a complaint in the police station and demanded strict action against the wife of the accused son. The police has started action by registering a case on the complaint of the family.
Anuj Sharma, a resident of Bhaangela village of Khatauli police station area in Muzaffarnagar, was married to Pinky Sharma alias Sana, a resident of Farakhnagar of Loni police station area in Ghaziabad, about 2 years ago. Anuj works in Global Hospital in Meerut. Disputes started between Anuj and Pinky just a few months after marriage.
Due to Pinky being constantly busy on her mobile, the husband and wife started fighting and quarreling. This matter reached the police. Pinky filed a case of assault against her husband in Ghaziabad. After this, the two were reconciled in the women's police station of Ghaziabad. The police asked the two to live together for a week, after which Anuj brought Pinky from her house to his house. But even after that the quarrel between the two continued.
According to Anuj's elder sister Meenakshi, Pinky was having an affair with some other boy before marriage. Even after marriage, Pinky used to talk to the same boy on mobile, whom my brother did not like. Meanwhile, Anuj tried to make Pinky understand many times. After Anuj went to Meerut Hospital for duty, Pinky used to stay alone at home and keep talking to that boy on phone. One day Anuj snatched the mobile from Pinky's hand. Anuj saw the conversation and messages made with that boy as well as the photo of that boy. The boy with whom Pinky was having an affair was none other than the son of Pinky's uncle's daughter, who was Pinky's nephew by relation.
When Anuj talked to Pinky about this whole matter, she told that she loved that boy before marriage, but after marriage nothing like that happened. Even after this Anuj brought his wife Pinky home. On the evening of 25th March Pinky mixed poison in Anuj's coffee and made him drink it with the intention of killing him. Anuj's health deteriorated and he was admitted to Meerut Hospital. His condition is still bad. He is not able to speak anything. He is only telling through gestures.
Meanwhile, CO Khatauli Ram Ashish Yadav said that on March 25, information was received from Bhangela village of Khatauli police station area, in which it was told that the wife (Pinky) had mixed poison in her husband's coffee. After this the police reached the spot. The person was admitted to the hospital for treatment in critical condition, where he is undergoing treatment. On the complaint of the family members of the victim Anuj Kumar, the police have registered a case under the relevant sections. Further action is being taken in the matter.
