Horrific Crash in Faridkot: Truck Overturns, Bus Falls into Drain with Passengers Trapped

Faridkot ((The Uttam Hindu): A horrific accident occurred early this morning in Punjab. A bus, filled with passengers, collided violently with a truck. The crash was so severe that the truck overturned, and the bus fell into a drain. Several casualties are feared, and efforts are underway to rescue the passengers from the wreckage.

The accident took place on Kotkapura Road near Shahi Haveli, at the Sem Nala bridge. After the collision, the truck flipped over, and the bus plunged into the drain. The bus, operated by New Deep Company, had many passengers aboard. Rescue operations are ongoing, and the injured are being transported to hospitals by ambulance. It is reported that five people have died in the accident.
