Gandhis in the Dock: Congress Erupts as ED Files Chargesheet

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu):Sonia Gandhi chargesheet, Rahul Gandhi ED case, Congress protest, ED vs Congress, Enforcement Directorate The Congress party is staging nationwide protests today, accusing the central government of misusing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to target political opponents. In the capital, party workers gathered at the Congress office to register their dissent.

Similar demonstrations are being held across the country, with party leaders and workers protesting in front of ED offices located at state headquarters, as well as outside central government offices at the district level.

The Congress has claimed that the ED is being weaponized to stifle dissent and intimidate opposition voices. The protests, the party said, are a show of resistance against what it calls the central government’s vendetta politics. Large gatherings and sloganeering were reported in several states, including major mobilizations in Delhi.
