New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Singer Diljit Dosanjh reacted to the Telangana government's directive that prohibited him from performing songs related to alcohol and violence. The singer was in Hyderabad on Saturday night for his Dil-Luminati tour concert. Prior to the event, the government had issued a warning, instructing him not to include such songs in his performance. Responding to the restriction, Diljit said, “When artists from other countries perform, they’re allowed to do whatever they want, but when an artist from our own country sings, people have an issue.”
