New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): An FIR has been registered against Delhi Chief Minister Atishi for violating the code of conduct. The returning officer has lodged an FIR against CM Atishi on charges of code of conduct. Along with this, Atishi has also been accused of using a government vehicle for her personal office.

FIR lodged against CM Atishi before nomination, know what is the whole matter : In the complaint lodged, it has been said that after the announcement of elections, on January 7 at around 02:30 pm, government vehicles of PWD were used for election related work at private election offices. KS Duggal, a resident of Kalkaji, Atishi's assembly constituency, also lodged a complaint with Govindpuri SHO. Atishi, MLA from Kalkaji, has been given ticket again from this high-profile seat. BJP has fielded former MP Ramesh Bidhuri from Kalkaji. Let us tell you that voting for 70 assembly seats of Delhi will be held in one phase on February 5, while the results will be declared on February 8.
