New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Vishnu Gupta, who claimed that there is a Shiva temple in the Ajmer Dargah of Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, was attacked on Saturday morning. He was going from Ajmer to Delhi. During this, two unknown miscreants opened fire on him at Gagwana Ladpura bridge. Fortunately, he narrowly escaped in this attack and no one was injured. Immediately after the firing, he informed the local police about the attack on the phone, on which taking action, the police of Gaggal and Civil Lines police station immediately reached the spot.

Vishnu Gupta himself has given information about this incident to the media. He has also shared a photo, in which the bullet marks on his car are clearly visible. Vishnu Gupta has already given a written application to the court stating that his life is in danger. He has received death threats several times. Due to this, only selected people were given entry during the hearing in the court yesterday. But today while going to Delhi, two unknown miscreants opened fire on his car.

Let us tell you that Vishnu Gupta is the president of Hindu Sena. He has filed a petition in the court claiming that there was a Shiva temple at the place where the dargah was built and a survey should be conducted to locate the temple. The matter was heard in Manmohan Chandel's court on Friday morning. Gupta, while presenting his side in the court, referred to the Supreme Court's decision of 1961, which clearly states that the dargah is not a place of worship. The Khadims have no rights there. Apart from this, there is no evidence of those who claim to be descendants of Khwaja Saheb.
