Although Apple has not officially confirmed it, but according to industry reports and leaks, this new budget iPhone model will be the main attraction of this event. Apple CEO Tim Cook had announced a special event on February 19 a few days ago, which will start at 10 am (11:30 am Indian time). This launch event will be live streamed from Apple Park, Cupertino, California, which users can watch on Apple's official website, YouTube and Apple TV. The launch of MacBook Air M4 is also expected in this event.
iPhone SE 4 can come with major changes in its design and features. For the first time, Face ID will be given in it, which was not in the SE series till now. Talking about the design, it will come with a notch display like the iPhone 14, due to which its look will look completely changed. According to reports, this will be Apple's first budget AI-powered iPhone, in which Apple Intelligence features can be given. iPhone SE 4 will have a 6.1-inch OLED display, which will support 60Hz refresh rate. This new device will be equipped with Apple A18 chip, which is similar to the iPhone 16 series. A base variant of 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage can be available in it.
A big upgrade will also be seen in the camera segment. The iPhone SE 4 will have a 48-megapixel single-lens rear camera, which will be a big improvement over the earlier 12-megapixel camera. At the same time, it will have a 12-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling, which will also have Face ID support. For 5G connectivity, it will use Apple's first in-house 5G modem, which will provide better network speed.
Although Apple has not yet given any information about its price, but according to leaked reports, its price in India can be around Rs 50,000. In the US, it can be $ 499, while in Dubai its price can be around AED 2,000. According to reports, pre-orders for the iPhone SE 4 can start from February 21, while its sale is likely to start from February 28.
