Blind Love Betrayal: Man Sells Kidney for ₹10 Lakh, Wife Runs Away with Lover

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking case has come to light from Howrah, West Bengal. Where a woman sold her husband's kidney for Rs 10 lakh. Then the woman ran away with her boyfriend overnight with the money. After which the husband has lodged a case in the police station.

The incident is from Sankrail of Howrah district. Here, a painter's income was not enough to pay for his daughter's education. So the wife told the husband - Sell your kidney. This will solve our financial problems. The husband said - We do not have that much income right now, but everything will be fine later. But the wife was constantly pressuring him to sell the kidney. She said - Your work will be done even with one kidney. But if our daughter's future is not made due to money, then it will be your fault. You will be responsible for ruining the daughter's future. The husband did not know what the wife's intention was behind this. Looking at the daughter's future, he agreed to sell the kidney.

He searched for a kidney buyer for a month. After a month, her kidney was sold for Rs 10 lakh. Both of them together went to the kidney buyer and brought the money. After this, the wife said that give this money to me. I will deposit this amount in the bank as soon as it is morning. The young man handed over the money to his wife. But the wife ran away from home overnight. A few days later on Friday, when the husband came to know that his wife is living with a man named Ravidas in Subhash Colony of Barrackpore, he reached there with his family. Then the woman did not open the door. She said- Do whatever you want. I will send the divorce papers. At present, the police is investigating this matter.
