BJP's Bold Move: Delhi Government Ends Personal Staff Contracts, Issues Orders for Immediate Reassignments

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The BJP government in the capital city of Delhi has made an important decision on Friday. The new government has terminated the services of former Chief Minister Atishi and the personal staff of the ministers. Additionally, it has ordered that officials and employees, who were appointed elsewhere by the previous government, report back immediately to their original departments.

According to information, several officials and employees had been sent to other boards/corporations under new appointments. A week ago, information about the contract and personal staff of the previous government was requested from all departments, based on which the decision has been made to call them back to their original departments. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will meet with the President and Vice President this afternoon and will also meet Prime Minister Modi in the evening.
