New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The Haryana Government has swiftly acted against those involved in the recent scandal concerning the leakage of papers during the Haryana School Education Board exams. The Chief Minister of Haryana, Naib Singh Saini, announced the suspension of 25 police officers and employees implicated in the case, including four DSPs and three HHOs.

In a further crackdown, an FIR has been filed against four examination invigilators from government schools and one from a private school. All four government school invigilators have been suspended, and two center supervisors have also faced suspension. Additionally, four outsiders and eight students are under investigation for their involvement in getting copies made or taking examination papers out of the centers.

The investigation is ongoing, and the Chief Minister has ordered rigorous actions to prevent any future malpractices. He instructed all District Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police to ensure no one approached the examination centers within 500 meters. Any violations of this directive will hold the local district administration accountable.

Director General of the Department of Information, Public Relations, and Languages, K. Markand Pandurang, and Media Secretary, Praveen Atre, were also present at the briefing.
