Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): In a shocking road rage incident, television actor Raghav Tiwari, known for his roles in Crime Patrol was allegedly attacked by a biker in Mumbai. The incident occurred on December 30, 2024 in the Versova area when Tiwari collided with the biker while crossing the road.

The actor described the events, explaining that after stepping out of his friend’s car and crossing the road he accidentally bumped into the biker. Tiwari immediately apologized but the situation quickly escalated as the biker began abusing him. In response to Tiwari’s inquiry about the abuse, the biker became enraged, got off his bike and attacked the actor with a knife, stabbing him twice. He also kicked Tiwari in the stomach, causing him to fall to the ground. The attacker then retrieved a liquor bottle and an iron rod from his bike's trunk and proceeded to hit Tiwari.

In self-defense, Tiwari grabbed a piece of wood and struck the biker's hand, causing the liquor bottle to fall. This only infuriated the attacker further who then hit Tiwari's head with the iron rod twice before fleeing the scene. Tiwari’s friends rushed him to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite reporting the incident to the police, Tiwari claimed that no action was taken initially. He said that the police had collected CCTV footage but no arrest was made. The actor also alleged that the attacker was identified as Mohammad Zaid, reportedly the son of director Parvez Shaikh.
