Punjab Cabinet Ministers Extend Diwali Greetings, Celebrate Bandi Chhor Divas and Vishwakarma Divas
Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): Punjab's Cabinet Ministers have come together to wish the residents of the state a joyous Diwali, along with the historic celebrations of Bandichhor Divas and Vishwakarma Divas.
In a collective message, Ministers including Harpal Singh Cheema, Aman Arora, Dr. Baljit Kaur, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Dr. Balbir Singh, Hardeep Singh Mundian, Lal Chand Kataruchak, Laljit Singh Bhullar, Harjot Singh Bains, Harbhajan Singh ETO, Barinder Kumar Goyal, Tarunpreet Singh Saund, Dr. Ravjot Singh, Gurmeet Singh Khudian, and Mohinder Bhagat emphasized that these sacred festivals are a time for unity and harmony among all communities.
Highlighting the spirit of togetherness, the ministers urged everyone to celebrate Diwali with joy and amity. They also paid special homage to the Sikh community on the significant occasion of Bandi Chhor Divas, which commemorates Guru Hargobind Ji’s release from imprisonment, as well as acknowledging Vishwakarma Divas, dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, the divine architect.
As the festival of lights illuminates homes across Punjab, the Cabinet Ministers reiterated the importance of fostering peace and camaraderie in the community.
