Music World Stunned: Popular Punjabi Singer’s Untimely Death Shakes Industry

Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): Shocking loss to the music industry as Punjabi singer Dimple Raja passes away. Hailing from Basti Danishmanda in Jalandhar, Dimple Raja gained fame with his soulful voice on the Punjabi music reality show Awaaz Punjab Di, where he left a lasting impact on the judges. His untimely demise has left the Punjabi music community in mourning.

Battling kidney disease for a long time, Dimple Raja had been undergoing treatment at a hospital in Bathinda. Unfortunately, he passed away during the course of his treatment today.

After captivating audiences with his performance on the reality show, Dimple Raja carved a niche for himself in the commercial music industry. One of his popular songs, Saade Baar Puchhna Tan..., was widely appreciated. He also collaborated with singer Miss Pooja on several tracks, and their singing duo received immense praise.

Apart from commercial music, Dimple Raja also sang devotional songs dedicated to the mother goddess. He was frequently invited to perform at jagrans (religious gatherings), where he earned recognition for his devotional renditions.
