Kartarpur Sahib corridor completes 5 years of fostering bilateral peace and religious harmony
Gurdaspur (The Uttam Hindu): The Kartarpur Sahib Corridor, linking India and Pakistan, marks its fifth anniversary today. Devotees have expressed their long-held dream of visiting Shri Kartarpur Sahib, and the corridor has made that dream a reality for many. The corridor, established by both governments, has proven to be a significant bridge between the two nations, fostering connections and goodwill among the people of both sides.
Over the past five years, more than 342,000 pilgrims have visited the sacred Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib through the corridor. While devotees expressed their deep gratitude to both governments for making this pilgrimage possible, they also prayed for the continued operation of the corridor, hoping that it remains open forever, allowing more devotees to visit and pay their respects.
