Vadodra (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking incident has come to light in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara, where a car worth Rs. 1.5 crore, bought just five months ago, was completely destroyed by fire. The incident occurred when the car suddenly caught fire from all sides before anyone could react. Upon being informed, fire department personnel rushed to the spot immediately and managed to bring the fire under control. Further investigations are being carried out by the fire brigade and police to determine the cause of the fire.
The vehicle, a Land Rover Defender, which was parked in Parag Society in Karelibaug, was engulfed in a massive blaze. The car, which was valued at Rs. 1.5 crore, belonged to Tapan Shah, who had purchased it just five months ago. As soon as the fire broke out, local residents immediately contacted the fire department, who quickly arrived at the scene and used water hoses to douse the flames. After intense efforts lasting an hour, the fire was finally brought under control.

Questions are being raised about the security and reliability of such expensive cars if they are prone to such incidents despite their high price. In addition to the possibility of a short circuit, there is also speculation that the fire could have been deliberately set.
