Bollywood Star Targeted by Online Scam, Urges Fans to Stay Cautious
Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor recently shared a post on social media, advising his fans to stay alert about online fraud. He informed them about an individual who was impersonating his manager and scamming people. Arjun Kapoor posted on Instagram to warn his followers about a fraudulent account that claimed to be his manager. This person was asking people to share their personal information and click on suspicious links.
In his post, Arjun wrote, “It has come to my attention that a suspicious person is reaching out to people, claiming to be my manager. This person is also saying they can connect you with me. Please be aware that these messages are not real, and I have no association with them. I would never want anyone to click on such links or share their personal information. Please don’t fall for these scammers, stay safe and cautious. If you receive such messages, report the account immediately. Have a safe and happy Christmas.” Arjun Kapoor, who is quite active on social media, recently wished success to the team of Varun Dhawan's film ‘Baby John’ on his Instagram story. Sharing the movie poster, he wrote, “Best of luck to the entire team!”
On the work front, Arjun Kapoor was recently seen in Rohit Shetty's film ‘Singham Again,’ where he played the antagonist. The film also starred Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Salman Khan made a cameo appearance in the film, which released on November 1. Arjun Kapoor expressed his gratitude to Rohit Shetty for making his time on the film set memorable.
