On April 2, 2025, heat will hit hard, especially in Delhi NCR. Expect temperatures to rise by 2-3°C! Over the next few days, places like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar might see the mercury pushing not just 30°C, but all the way to 40°C. Looks like April’s already bringing that summer heat and it’s going to feel brutal! But hold up, it’s not all sun and sweat. The Meteorological Department is also predicting heavy rains and strong winds in parts of Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala and 3 other states. Talk about a weather rollercoaster!

In the next 24 hours, winds will be whipping through Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Goa, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Andhra Pradesh at speeds of 40-60 km/h. Heavy rain warnings are out for these areas with Kerala and Karnataka facing the heaviest showers from April 3-6.
