Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi's Granddaughter Murdered By Husband

Gaya (The Uttam Hindu): Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi's granddaughter, Sushma Devi, was tragically shot dead by her husband, Ramesh Kumar, in Gaya district, Bihar. The incident occurred near Tentua village under the Atari police station area. According to reports, the couple had a history of domestic disputes, with Ramesh suspecting Sushma of having an affair.

Ramesh, a truck driver, returned home from Patna and allegedly locked Sushma in their house before shooting her. The police have recovered a pistol from the spot and sent Sushma's body for postmortem. Ramesh is currently absconding and an investigation is ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. Sushma worked at Vikas Mitra, and her family is shocked by the tragic event.
