Suspected Attacker in Saif Ali Khan Case Arrested, Questioning Underway

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Mumbai Police has arrested a suspect in the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. Police has taken the suspect to Bandra Police Station, where he is being questioned.

The suspect is the same person who was seen descending the stairs from the fire safety exit of Saif's apartment late Thursday night. The police have not yet confirmed whether the person arrested is the one who attacked Saif or not. Any official statement will be issued in this regard only after interrogation.

On Thursday, the police also questioned Jeh's (Saif's son) nanny. According to the information, the attacker had held the nanny hostage and demanded Rs 1 crore. The police have recorded the statements of all the employees working in the house, the building guards and others.

Let us tell you, Saif Ali Khan was attacked on the night of January 16. An unknown person entered Saif-Kareena's house with the intention of stealing. The attacker stabbed the actor 6 times with a knife. He was rushed to the hospital in an injured condition. Where the actor underwent surgery. Now he is out of danger.
