Jaipur (The Uttam Hindu):– A heart-wrenching tragedy unfolded late Sunday night near the CBI railway gate in Jagatpura, where three members of a family—father, daughter, and uncle—lost their lives after being struck by a train. The shocking incident appears to have stemmed from a family dispute that escalated beyond imagination.

According to preliminary information, the father had reportedly told someone via video call that he intended to end his life by jumping in front of a train. His minor daughter, upon learning this, rushed to the railway tracks in a desperate attempt to save him. The girl's uncle, too, arrived shortly after to help. Despite their efforts to convince and remove the father from the tracks, he remained unmoved. Tragedy struck when a speeding train approached, killing all three on the spot.

Eyewitnesses said that the daughter had informed other relatives about the situation just minutes before the incident, urging them to come and help. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived, it was too late.

Police from Kho-Nagorian station were informed and reached the spot promptly, but a jurisdictional dispute delayed formal procedures. Eventually, officers from Ramnagariya police station took charge, and the bodies were shifted to a hospital mortuary with the help of locals and an ambulance.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to the incident, while grief and shock have gripped the local community.
