Major Crackdown on Terrorism in Jammu: NIA Conducts Raids at 10 Locations in Infiltration Case

Jammu (The Uttam Hindu): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken major action in the case related to infiltration in Bhatindi, Jammu and Kashmir. On Wednesday morning, raids were conducted at 10 places in Jammu. It was told that this action has been taken regarding the infiltration of terrorists from Pakistan into India.

Let us tell you that the NIA has been conducting raids in the case of infiltration of terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier, on 13 December 2024, the NIA had conducted raids, in which raids were conducted at a total of 19 places including various districts of Jammu and Kashmir. During this, raids were conducted in Reasi, Budgam, Anantnag and Baramulla districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

The NIA also raided several areas of Jammu on 21 November 2024. The purpose of this NIA raid was to gather important information about the attempts of Pakistani terrorists to enter India. The NIA raided several places with the help of police and paramilitary force CRPF.

On October 5, simultaneous raids were conducted at 22 locations in 5 states on suspicion of terrorist conspiracy and terror funding. This raid was conducted by the NIA in Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Delhi. The action was taken in connection with cases related to the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. The NIA also conducted raids in Baramulla and other areas in Jammu and Kashmir. The NIA searched the house of Maulvi Iqbal Bhat in Baramulla with the help of security forces.

Before this action of NIA, raids were conducted in many districts of West Bengal on October 1. On October 1, the NIA team raided 11 places in South 24 Parganas, Asansol, Howrah, Nadia and Kolkata.
