After this, the police arrested him.

Before his arrest, the headmaster, Sanjay Kumar Singh, told reporters that he was facing severe financial crunch and had not received his salary for the last five months. It is noteworthy that Nitish Kumar's government in Bihar has imposed a complete ban on the sale and consumption of alcohol since April 5, 2016.
