Congress HQ Shifts to 9A Kotla Road: Sonia Gandhi Inaugurates 'Indira Bhawan'

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): The new headquarters of the Congress Party has been inaugurated today. Sonia Gandhi inaugurated the new office of the party. After this, the new address of the party has been changed to 9A Kotla Road. Earlier, the headquarters of the Congress was at 24 Akbar Road. The party flag was hoisted at the new headquarters in the presence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and many other big leaders.

New address of Congress Party is 9-A Kotla Road…Sonia Gandhi inaugurated 'Indira Bhawan' built at Rs. 252 crores : This office has been built at a cost of Rs 252 crores. A high tech press conference room has been built on the left side on the ground floor of the new Congress office. The reception is right in the middle of the new building. The office of Congress's media in-charge will be on the left side of the building. Along with this, small soundproof chambers have been made for TV debates. Sitting rooms for journalists and camerapersons have also been made next to it.

A hi-tech auditorium has been built on the left side of the first floor of the building for special programs. Along with this, many departments like Kisan Department, Data Department have been built. The second, third and fourth floors of the building will have the offices of the All India Congress Committee officials. The fifth floor will have the offices of former Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge's office will be in the middle of this floor.
