6 Khalistan Zindabad Force terrorists sentenced to life imprisonment, 4 others get 10 years each
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): In a case involving the smuggling of explosives, arms, and drugs, a local NIA court has sentenced six members of the Khalistan Zindabad Force to life imprisonment, while three others have been sentenced to 10 years each. The case dates back to 2019.
Those sentenced to life imprisonment include Akashdeep Singh, Balwant Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Balbir Singh, Man Singh, and Gurdev Singh.
Meanwhile, Shubhdeep Singh, Sajanpreet Singh, and Ramandeep Singh have each been given a 10-year sentence.
Reports indicate that the accused have strong connections with Germany-based terrorist Gurmeet Singh, also known as Bagga, and Pakistan-based terrorist Ranjit Singh, also known as Neeta.
