€37,500 of Liquid Luxury: World's Most Expensive Cocktail is Here
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Luxury lovers, rejoice! The world's most expensive cocktail has been crafted by renowned mixologist Salvatore Calabrese, aka 'The Maestro'. Priced at a staggering €37,500 (₹36,76,050), this exclusive creation was unveiled at Nahaté, a fine dining restaurant and bar in Dubai.
The Record-Breaking Drink
Named Nahaté, the cocktail features a custom Patrón Tequila blend, combining three rare aged Tequilas, paired with 1950 Kina Lillet and Angostura Bitters from the 1930s. The pièce de résistance is the rare 1937 Baccarat Service Leczinska crystal glass, one of only two in existence, designed by Georges Chevalier in honour of Queen Marie Leszczyńska.
A Royal Legacy
This ultra-luxurious cocktail pays homage to Baccarat's royal legacy, with the glass crafted from ultra-pure crystal and never reissued. The winning bidder of the April 7 auction received not only the cocktail but also the exclusive bottle of Patrón and the historic Baccarat glass.
