Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): In a shocking incident during the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation meeting on Tuesday, a major uproar took place, escalating into a physical altercation among councillors. The chaos began when nominated councillor Anil Masih was accused by some councillors of being a "vote thief." This heated accusation triggered a confrontation that quickly turned into a brawl, with councillors seen fighting in the assembly. Videos of the incident went viral on social media.

During the altercation, Anil Masih made a statement in the well of the house, saying, "Even Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is out on bail," further intensifying the situation. The meeting saw sharp exchanges between Congress, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), and BJP members.
